本人只回答你最后的问题，我认为工作的稳定最重要，只有这个保证，才可谈别的，尤其在现在green card 这么难办的时候。你应抓紧时间如果换工作，becasue I dont' think you want to process your green card until last minute, right? you never know what are going to happen later, leave more time for yourself. hope help.
