Emergency: unpayable check

I have a severe situation to deal with. I filed my EB1 application (140 plus 485) to VSC on 9/27, but unfortunately I included three unpayable checks because I closed that account two months ago. When I recognized the stupid mistake, I immediately resend three new checks instead the old on 09/28. I received these three checks returned from VSC yesterday, and said I need to sent the petition application along with payable check. My questions are:

1: whether my case will be rejected and returned all the materials to me?
2. What’s the resolution? If there is a way to solve the problem?

Any help will be deeply appreciated.
