485 pending for spouse

我媳妇已经拿到卡卡。她是schedule A的 RN。但是我的485还没有任何动静。给cis打了电话，他们说他们也不知道怎么回事。不过她说我的485case上有一个标记， 她也不知道是什么。估计那人是个新手。也无法确认是不是一定name check之类的。 你们如果是name check，到底是怎么知道的？从uscis网站上看出来的？我online status的依然是，

Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on December 23, 2004. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

律师不建议给他们直接写信或打电话。说他们会帮我询问。
那你们说还有多久才会动我的case啊？
