TSE RFE help

submitted I140 on Aug 27, I485 on Sep.27. Today I saw my I140 lUD 10/12, 10/13, I485 LUD 10/14 and all current status are RFEs(request for additional evidence or information). I am really upset! pls help me how to deal with these, Thanks a lot
