I-140/485 delivered address??

Does anyone has the same situation at VSC?
Delieved NIW I-140 / I-485 on 9/28/05 by FedEx overnight to VSC. Destination was "Williston, Vt", not "St. Albans, Vt". So far no receipt, no check cashed.
