怎么美国那边的网站上还是Pending?(J1waive)

我在sino-education上查到我的 No Objection letter 已经在10月份从中国领馆送到美国那边了，但为什么我在Bureau of Consular Affairs 的网页上查我的状态：
No Objection Statement ：Requested
这是怎么回事？难道美国这边还没受到么？
