There is no need to call cis. The persons pick up the phone at cis is not well trained. I had experience that a person at cis insisted that that message means approval. It really is not. I did quiet some reserach on this a while back. This message is very unlikely an approval notice. Again, this is a generic message. Whenever you saw this message, you can just interpetate as "Something is coming by mail from CIS". Keep the spirit, we'll be fine.
