F1 apply OPT with 485 filed

I have some questions regarding the F1 student apply OPT with 485 filed.
Does any one have the similar experience and know how to do next?

I am a F1 student. In this Sept, my hu*****and applied his PR, and I am his dependent. So, I also filed in my 485 and 765 forms ...

Because I will graduate this December, so I applied my OPT this month by filing another 765 form. What will the immigration office do after they saw two 765 forms? Will they deny my OPT application?

The attorney told me that that I will get my EAD card because of my PR application. Then can I use this EAD card to work after I graduate, and apply for H1B?

Our case is not strong, so, I need to apply H1B.

Does any one has the same situation to answer my question, thanks a lot.
