Sorry to disappoint you

I have seen this link from other website also. But if you study it carefully and compare it to the official visa bulletin of Oct., you will see the date under "other country" on the indian board is the same as those listed under"other chargeability...." in the offical board. As we all know, mainland born chinese have our own EB dates.

Besides, as someone ponited it out, these dates should be for Oct., we are now looking for the Nov. one.

I do wish that it is true, though.
