Search my posts regarding NIW or INW RFE with penname "WorthIt", you will get an idea on how to answer those questions.

I think people using my strategy to prepare their RFE response got their cases approved succesfully.

Recom letters, new evidence or some unused evidenc or more explanation for not-well-presented evidence and well-written petition letters are equally important.
