filing on Sep 29, got only

Sent I-140 and I-485 on Sep 29 by Fedex overnight to TSC. Got receipt today Oct 12. It says: received date Sep 30, notice date Oct 4. Am I going to get I-140 receipt soon? Should I make an appoinment for FP as the receipt suggests?
