I-485今天批了，信息共享！

经过一年半的等待，今天收到电子邮件，说I-485 批准了，简直难以置信，不是说需要等排期的名额吗？怎么就批了呢？

我的情况：H1 在大学做科研助理。

加州中心。
I-140, outstanding Professor or Researcher, Submitted Date: November, 2003. Aproved Date: Janurary, 2005 (after 14 months).

I-485, Submitted date: April, 2004, Got approved Today, October, 2005 (after 18 months).

我的I-140虽然慢点，但基本上算是正常。我的I-485,有点出奇的慢，在今年４月份，在等待了一年之后，我找到本地的议员，帮我象移民局询问我４８５为什么还没批，被告之，　name check, 我一听说是因为这个，就知道遥遥无期了。再后来赶上今年十月份的排期一说。所以我想，这下，没办法，等着吧，我做好了长期等待的准备。有人不是说，需要等个３，４　年吗，可没想到今天上午，居然收到电子邮件说是批了。我真是高兴啊。现在还有点难以相信这是真的，现在就等着，正式的信了。而且，我老公的４８５今天也同时批了，他的４８５是今年一月份递上去的。经过了９个月，今天就批了。

还能说啥呢？感谢上帝呗！
