Yes, he will ask you to write a personal statement (PS) to summarize yourself, then he will draft petition based on your PS. Also he will revise the letters for you. His writing is decent and quite a nice guy, quick of response. A lot of friends around me had excellent working experience with him him. I agree, very reasonable fees. BTW, very high approval rate.
