我的问题1是：如果我们不能及时（within reasonable time）把J豁免，USCIS会不会哪一天会把我们的485拒掉？还是他们会事先寄RFE给我们机会补交？
-----I believe you will most likely get an RFE for that. But since I485 will be a long process, you will get your J1 waiver before your case is processed. So once you get your waiver approval, send it to INS ASAP.
问题2：想现在提出advance parole的申请。但是担心USCIS会不会因为我的J-2还没有豁免，而将我的AP申请拒掉？

问题3：如果离开美国前没有拿到AP，回美国用了新的J-2，我自己的485申请会不会被取消？（有律师说case by case）反之，如果拿到AP并在回美国时使用了它，我目前的J-2是否将失效？
------Only H and L visa status are allowed to have dual status, H and AOS (pending I485, adjustment of status). All the other type, you will be considered abandon your I485 if you leave the U.S. without an AP. Besides, you already filed I485, your J2 application will most likely be denied, since you have immigration intention by filing I485 (you have to disclose it in your J2 visa application about your immigration info.)
问题4: 这是最令我担心的，会不会因为在审查批准我的AP申请时，发现我们的J签证还没有豁免（不知道USCIS目前接受我们的485申请是由于没有发现J没有豁免，还是发了善心而决定让我们今后再补交），而把我们两个人（不仅仅是我自己的）的485都拒掉？如果会这样，我就不申请AP,而宁愿用新的J-2回美，废了我自己的485。
-----Again, like what I said above, you basically won't have any chance of getting a new J2 visa. You HAVE immigration intention, so J2 won't fit your purpose. Get an AP is your only chance.
