Haven't received I140 receipts

We sent I140/I485 on 9/28 to CSC by Fedex, and the package arrived there on 9/29. However, we still have not received any receipts from CSC yet. No checks has been cashed. Is it normal? Anything wrong with it? Thanks for any information you may share.
