AP will take 150-180 days in

I-140NIW&I-485 Received on 9/27, check cashed 10/6, NSC

This is the letter for AP application. Why it takes so long (5-6months)? I remembered it only take 2-3 months. Anyone received the same letter if submitted around 10/1?
