TR is traditional LC. TR is diffrent from RIR. I Guess your friend's LC is RIR.In dallas center,RIR Processing Queue at DBC is at MAY 2003 as of OCT 01 2005.We have seen Approvals With PD from 2000 to June 2003.Non RIR Approvals reported on this group are with PD 2001 & 2002(Latest Approval info Available at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/DallasBEC/database).
