I am in H1B and also used AP once. I have got a Canadian visa and will visit Canada for several days. My question is: do I have to submit my current I-94 at the US airport? Will I get a new I-94 when I come back? I think I'll have to use my AP again. Someone told me that I can use my current I-94 to come back. Confused...
