I-765 question

I sent my I-485,I765 application on 22 Sept. and got receipt on 5 Oct. from VSC.

I want to get the I-765 permit as soon as possible, so I have some stupid questions as following, some dggjj and sddmm help your lovely kids rabbit to it can grow up quickly.
1. Are there any ways to push USCIS to process my case earlier
2. If the lawyer can do it, I am willing to spend some money to the lawyer for push the process
3. I have applied I-765 under J2 status in Aug. According to the processing, my case (J2 I-765) will be permitted during one month from now on. If I can combine the applications them (J2 and I-485 I-775) into on case.
