In most of cases, a lawyer is not useful as we expected. For my understanding, any applicant has a chance to get approval as we applied visas in China. However, if you don't have time to acknowledge the basic information of immigration, you may need a lawyer. In the case of reference, the letter need get approved by signed person if you draft by yourself.
