Thank you very much. That is what I thought. But just wonder why USSIS sent us Receipt Notice?　Do that mean they will accept that they can hold our 485 and that we can amend our application by handing in J waiver in a later stage?

About AP, some friends said that would be processed independent of our 485 processing. That means they might issue me an AP without checking the J1 waiver situation.

Am I right or wrong? Thank you for your views, really.
