请问Advance Parole需要多久可以批下来？

各位大侠，请问Advance Parole需要多久可以批下来？J-1还没有waiver掉，会不会严重影响AP的审批？（已经有了DOS的J-1 waiver case number, 并且另外USCIS已经寄来了I-485的receipt notice)。
