dan712 and other J-1,please he

I sent J-1 waivor state of reason and IAP66 together in one envelop to DOS on Nov. They updated my information on line today and it shows my IAP66 was received on Nov, but it doesn't show they received my statement of reason. what should i do? any J1 has the same experiences please share with me, i appreciated it.
