I got the same situation. The TSC receipt said they received the application on Oct. 3 and checks cashed on Oct. 4, but in fact my 140/485 package got delivered to the TSC on Sept. 30 morning by Fedex. I am wondering if my 485 case will be refused to process or not allowed to be pending since they said they "received" on Oct. 3 (after the cut-off date Oct. 1) ? Thanks in advance for any explainations.
