My I-485 case

Hi,

My I-140 EB1 APPROVED IN 09/22/05. LUD for I-485 at 09/29/05,at that time, my daughter's (6 years old) I-485 was approved.the infomation for my hu*****and and me still showed as the first time they received the case. even the LUD did not changed after we took the FP.and yesterday we received the I-485 approval letter for my daughter, in the letter,
the notice type is Approval Notice
Section: Derivative adjustment
COA: E10.

Ihave two questions:
1. Does this means the parents'I-485 are approved because they indicated derivative adjustment for the daughter?
2. Given my daughter received the I-485 APPROVAL LETTER, do I need to call INS to schedule the appointment to get additional biometrics?
