接到Finger Print Notice 可以延期吗？急

接到通知10/13去打手印，可是10/10就回国出差，来不及了。可以申请延期两个月吗（没办法，11月底才能回来）？如果延期申请没法在10/13前寄到，对485会有影响吗？
