刚才给律师打电话，他说perm一定在H1满5年前申请

因为我的H1 6年期限 年底就到期了，可我刚换了工作，我不知道该怎么办了。好像到时也不能延期了。大家伙有没有什么建议？ 我现在对身份该做什么工作？谢谢大家。
