I absolutely agree!!! Fan is the worst immigration lawyer I have ever used. He only cares about making money instead of doing his job. He is VERY irresponsive and rude. My labor case got delayed for at least 5 months. Worst of all, I did almost 95% of the work including filling out the forms. He didn't even make any single change (not even syntax). What is the point of hiring such a lawyer????? I have long been thinking of creating a web site called www.badlawyers.com. He will be listed on top. If you need to work with him, please be very very careful!!! I have heard so many bad things about him...
