快死掉了！有哪位大侠知道我的问题在哪里？谢谢！

1）2004年8月底寄出申请文件
2）2004年9月中收到退回的文件
3）2004年9月底补件后再寄出
4）2005年1月收到第一封信。
5）直到现在我还没有受到第二封信，也不能用第一封信中的File no在网上查询我的申请情况，每次都收到如下信息：We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. ...
