NSC NIW RFE 求救, thanks first

Got RFE today, the following is questions, could you please tell me how to do it, thank you guys, I appriciate it

"Additional evidence is requested to assist evaluate your eligibility for a national interest waiver pursuant to the tests established in matter of New York State Dept. of Transportation, 22 I&N Dec.215 (Comm.1998). Please note that the evidence already submitted demonstrates that the proposed research employment has substantial intrinsic merit and will be national in scope. Therefore, this request is to determine that you will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available US worker having the same minimum qualifications.


Submit evidence related to your ability to perform the duties of the proposed employment position. To be considered in the national interest you must make a showing significantly above the necessary to prove the “prospective national benefit” required to all aliens seeking to qualify as “exceptional”. Exceptional is defined under Service regulations as …”a degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered in the sciences, arts, or business.

You must persuasively demonstrate that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. You must demonstrate that if would be contrary to the national interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of your services by making available to U.S. workers the position you seek. If self-employed, you must also establish the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required.

You must establish you have a past record of specific prior achievement, which justifies projections of future benefit to the national interest. You must establish, in some capacity, your ability to serve the national interest to a substantially greater extent than the majority of your colleagues. You must demonstrate to some degree your influence on your field of employment as a whole."

另外两条是让我列出经费证明和文章引用的copy，到是不难， 可上面这些咋回答呀，是不是再找几分推荐信就可一了呀， 还是要别的东西，咋办呀， 急呀， 请大家出个主意吧， 万分感谢。

一个好大学作research assistant professor, 国内PhD, project: anticancer drug discovery.
H visa, 28 publications, 1 patent, 70 citations, 5 awards, 9 recommendation letters
