10月1日以后申请NIW的问题.算了一算,如果10月1日以后申请NIW, 至少要等到2010年以后才能得到绿卡.在此其间不能失业.看来路漫漫.不知道值不值的申请了.
小的有一问题请教.如果10月1日以后申请NIW,140批了,能否回到国内或第三国从事同领域的工作.等到有名额了再在国内或第三国递交485呢?多谢你的信息!!!
