I have some questions about

1)Although I applied the EAD, could I still keep my H1b status if I don't use the EAD?
2)If I re-enter U.S. using AP, will it affect my H1b status?
3)Do I need to renew the EAD and AP every year ? could I "renew" or re-apply them after the expiration date during the I-485 pending?
