? on B1 marry Green Card ?

Hi

Anyone know if girlfriend use B1 enter U.S., and
marry me who has GreenCard, how to transfer
her VISA ? She should apply another kind of VISA ?
or she should apply greencard directly ?
How will immgration office handle such kind of case ?

Any answer is greatly appreciated.
