H1b 7th year

A. If I-140 was rejected in the 6th year H1b, even though I-485 is pending (in my opinion, I-485 expires automatically), H1b can not be extended, correct?


B. If H1b was exteneded to 7th year depending on that I-140 pending is over a year, but during the 7th year H1b, I-140 was rejected, H1b will expire? Have to move out of country?
