我的老公有一个博士后的机会在夏威夷，我有以下问题：
在那生活消费高吗？

还有，工作机会多吗？

---我想在那找工作，会计硕士，本来想读PHD 的finance or accounting, 可是查了很久没查 到有PHD finance or accounting的大学。

夏威夷不再美国本土，申请绿卡有什么区别吗？速度快吗？
