still confused. You mean after 10/1/2005, visa number is 'limited' but not completely out for those priority date after Jan or May 2000?

For derivative Chinese applicant whose primary has been approved before 10/1/2005, some 'limited' visa number is available?

While for those primary applicant, their case follows the priority date rule?

is there a VSC website clarifying this issue?
