If you look at thousands of thousands of others, I bet you won't be able to say that. When it came down to you, it's 100% that it's not slow (on yours); but when it comes to 99.9999999999% other cases, it's 99.9999999999% confident that it's slow. If CSC picked up someone else instead of you, which is totally by chance, and subsequently you have to wait many years (which is normal on others) in place of that someone else, can you still say it's reasonable??
