这该怎么办？

朋友回国快一年了，可是他的tax refund寄到我家．他说他以前的银行帐号都没有了．要我不用管这钱了．我觉得太可惜了．
请问朋友们有没有办法让他拿到这笔钱．他在中国可以兑到这钱吗？或我存入我的帐户，然后我再开我的支票给他．
