I called the immigration service twice and got different answers: the first one said that I could submit the I-485, 765 and other application with the receipt of I-130. However, another agent told me that I have to upgrade my I-130 petition and wait until it's approved. Then submit the I-485, do you know which one's correct? I'm really confused.
