I think you gent to the States on Oct. 9, 2003. You can visit USA with this I-94 until April 9, 2004. But You have to return your I-94 by the April 9, 2004. Tou ncan mail to them. If you don't return your I-94, you may have problem when you visit USA after April 9, 2004 (you need a new I-94). I hope you can understand what I mean.
