Q: File together or separately

I realized if 485 filed along with 140, the checks were cashed earlier. If they were separately, the checke were cashed later. I filed 485 Sept. 21 after received 140 receipt. I thought this was a safe way. Please share us further information about your case. For those who sent out on Sept. 21, they should receive receipt today. Anybody can image what is reason to cause this and how can we deal with it? Thanks!
