H-1 visa stamp at Canada

My LD and I plan to get H-1 visa stamp at Toronto. We are both Canadian PR and US H-1 visa holder. Is it easy to get the stamp? Do we need to interview at different day to prevent possibility of rejection? Or together? Which one is better?

Please give us some suggestions. Thanks a lot.
