It's hard to anwer this one. It totally depends on the visa officer. Generally, if you have been in Canada for a long period, say at least 6m, and you have a well paid job, you will get one. When I first apply my US visa, I had been in Toronto for 1.5 yrs and had a good job, I got 3 years. So depends.
