I-485 interview ,请教各位

我01 年10月申请劳工卡,加州,03 年7 月批准,03 年9月递140,10月递485,已经做两次指纹,但是140还没有批,请律师问,没有消息.
今天看到网上CASE UPDATE,得知485被转到LA,要INTERVIEW,请问各位,是凶是吉,该准备啥,急啊,来美7年,小孩都6岁了,还在为一纸绿卡苦苦挣扎,夜不能寐.
这是移民局网站上的MESSAGE,请大家给些意见,万分感谢.
