About lawyers

Just got my both 140s approved. NIW is with Jerry Zhang, EB1B is with Fragomen.

I think I can not afford to lose the case so I am willing to pay premium to raise my chance. The strategy works so far.

Roughly, I would say Jerry Zhang's lawyer raised my chance from 50% to 70%, Fragomen (top firm in the immigration area) raised my chance from 60% (I got company sponsorship) to 90%. I have almost no papers and only with a master'sdegree.

I met Jerry Zhang at his presentation in Boston and felt he is professional and trust-worthy. I feel the service I received from his subordinates quite fair.

Fragomen is amazing. I could not believe the packaged man is me.

It also depends on which lawyer you are assigned in the firm. Good luck guys! God bless all of us!
