孩子怎么办?

我们现在是H1和H4. 今年三月申请的NIW. 五月份I-140批准. I-485仍在等待. 孩子16岁, 在国内. 去年(我们申请绿卡前)孩子曾经申请来美签证被拒(因我们曾在美由B签证转为H签证). 请问孩子现在还能申请来美签证吗? 如果三,五年内孩子都无法来, 我们全家都申请加拿大移民怎样? 问题是我们英文不行, 怕考不过雅思和过不了interview.
