Is my case strong enough?

I filed I-140 last month for NIW. However, I'm not sure if I meet the requirments. I don't have any good journal papers. Two of my co-authored papers (my name is listed as the last one) got 3 citations in total. The only thing that I think should be helpful is that I have filed 11 patents, 2 approved and 9 pending. I got 7 ref letters in which only one from an independent professor. Could someone tell me if my case can be approved? Thanks a lot!
