还能要回一部分律师费吗?

为赶10/01, I140 和I485 同时上递.和律师签好了合同. 递之前I140 交$1500,I485 交$1500. I140批准之后再交$1500.我已交$3000.由于飓风RITA, 律师没办法上交. 我自己用备份已经上交给移民局.当时我也通知律师.请问这种情况我还能要回一部分律师费吗? 主要是自己整理材料两个整夜没睡觉, 不要回一点律师费心里不舒服.
