1. Your wife's case is depended on your case, is in the same categeory as yours.:employment based immigration.
2. Your wife needs a separate 485.
3. Your wife's 485 needs to be sent to VSC also.
4. You can sent both your 140 485 and your wife's 485 in the same envelop.
5. you need to write checks to pay your 140,485 and your wife's 485
