1.Nursing School (either in US or Canada)
2.Pass CGFNS test, www.cgfns.org (skip this test if you are going to take licensure test in California or New York state)
3.Pass NCLEX test (apply in Board of Nursing in each state)
4.Find a RN employer who is willing to sponsor GC and send both I-140 and I-185 based on EB-3, schedule A.
5. Get Visascreen (www.cgfns.org) certificate before I-485 approval
